Job: Real Estate Acquisition Specialist / Supervising Broker

The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist/Supervising Broker will be responsible to communicate, negotiate and buy properties from sellers and be the supervising Broker for the Acts Housing brokerage. We’re looking for a driven real estate professional to manage contracts throughout the entire home buying process in this fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. It is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the purchase of properties.
Also, this position will be responsible for supervising our Real Estate agents to ensure Real Estate compliance with transactions with the Acts Housing families looking to purchase a home for homeownership.
The ideal candidate is a talented customer service professional who is persuasive, confident, detail-oriented, and knows how to build long-term relationships.
This role will also manage the relationships with outside brokerages to ensure families are receiving excellent family services, maintain a fair referral process of families to external and internal realtors for real estate services. This position will also help our internal real estate agents with questions and compliance for paperwork and Wisconsin and Federal real estate statutes, laws, and regulations.
Position Responsibilities:
● Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team
● Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
● Respond to all leads on time to drive business forward
● Follow up on properties according to established procedures
● Help to develop and implement improvement strategies to maximize the organization’s acquisition of properties
● Constant monitoring of available properties and status along the sales process
● Develop strong business relationships with sellers for maximum results and revenue
● Provide weekly reports of all sales activity
● Work with the entire team, utilizing tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
● Enter all relevant information and notes into the company CRM daily
● Close a minimum of 8 transactions monthly

Education and Experience:
● A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field is preferred.
● Must hold a state of Wisconsin Broker license.
● 3+ years of experience working in a real estate office
● Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and with aptitude to learn new software and systems
● Experience with Salesforce (CRM) software
● Experience with transaction management software
● Exceptional in long-term relationship building; solid communication skills written/verbal
● Results/goals orientated.
● Financially driven with a motive to earn.
● Natural sales ability with attention to detail.
